A rating looks wrong

Ratings are published by the FSA from local council inspections. We show them as published and cannot change them. Open the official record from the business's details page, or contact the business's local council.

Restore a purchase

Settings > Paid access > Restore purchases.

Manage or cancel the yearly subscription

iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions.

Get a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Ads and consent

Settings > Ad Choices & Privacy Consent to review your choice. Paid access removes ads.

Why only three searches a day?

The free tier includes three searches per UK day, plus optional short videos for extra searches. Paid access gives unlimited searches.

Does it work in Scotland?

Yes. Scotland uses Pass / Improvement Required instead of 0–5, and the app shows those results.
